Twinkling lights outline the Giant Dipper, a wooden roller coaster created in 1925 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Belmont Park also has the most consistent wave in the county at the Wave House, where the Flow Rider provides surfers and body-boarders a near perfect simulated wave on which to practice their skills.
